EFT Group Supervision
As you’re writing out resolutions for 2024, don’t forget to set goals for your couples work!
This can be your year to dive deep into emotionally focused therapy or even earn your certification. I want to help you meet those goals. I’m an experienced EFT therapist and a supervisor candidate that is passionate about helping other therapists develop their EFT skills. Whether you are needing encouragement, fine tuning, or case consultation, I’d love to work with you individually or through group supervision.
Group supervision is a fantastic way to connect with your peers while deepening your work. Not only do you have the chance to get feedback on your own work, you also get to learn from other therapists as they show their cases. You’ll get support and encouragement from other EFTers and help refining your skills. Plus, as long as you show tape, up to four hours of group supervision can be counted towards the EFT certification requirements.
This group will meet monthly from January through May. Groups are limited to 5 participants so you have plenty of time for great discussions and case consultations. Each member will sign up to present a case at one meeting. Sharing a 15-20 minute clip of your work is preferred but the case can be staffed without video if necessary. The primary focus of that meeting will be on supporting that therapist and processing whatever comes up in each person’s journey with EFT.
The investment for group membership is $200. The new year’s group will meet the second Wednesday of the month at noon from January through May. If there is enough interest, I’ll start more groups. If you would like to join with friends and have a time that would work best for you, please let me know and we will see what works.
Note: Individual supervision is also available and can be customized to your unique goals. Therapists can use this time for case consultations, skill building, or working towards earning EFT certification. We can work together to hone in on the areas where you need to tighten up your skills to get those stage 1 and 2 tapes. Individual supervision sessions last 50 minutes and cost $75.

About Me:
My name is Le (rhymes with Smee) and EFT was love at first sight for me. I read about research showing that EFT was effective for parents of kids with special needs while I was adjusting to being part of that group. I had already been bombarded with stats showing my relationship was doomed the day my daughter got her diagnosis so reading about a treatment that gave hope to marriages like mine sold me on the model. As I dug into EFT and attachment theory, I fell head over heels. All these years later, I still get all excited when an enactment lands or you see a clients breath change as they feel seen for the first time.
I see couples in person at a local non-profit and online through my private practice, 1000 Hills Counseling and Consulting. I specialize in people on difficult parenting journeys so many of my clients are adoptive parents or parents of children with special needs. I’ve been a member of the North Texas EFT Community steering team since 2020. In 2022, I finally got the guts to turn in my packet and earned my EFT certification. I became an EFT supervisor candidate last summer. (That means that I get supervision of supervision and hours you work with me count towards your supervision requirements.)
